Located at 930 13th Ave (John Perkins wing) & 931 14th Ave (Seth Norton wing) just off Ironwood Street in Campbell River, B.C., John Perkins Memorial Housing is a low-cost, non-smoking senior’s housing facility located in the heart of Campbell River. The buildings are the result of a Royal Canadian Legion housing initiative from the late 1960’s. The two buildings provide 62 units (48 bachelor suites and 14 one-bedroom suites). The main lobby is located in the Seth Norton building as well as a common lounge and kitchen facilities for the use of the tenants. The buildings and property are designated non-smoking and are strictly enforced (note: please be advised that although the buildings and grounds are designated non-smoking, there are some existing tenants who predate the designation and may continue to smoke in their private units). There is a storage shed for scooters and limited assigned parking (waiting list).
Branch 137, Royal Canadian Legion John Perkins Memorial Housing Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who meet monthly (except July and August). The housing is managed by Royal LePage Advance Realty Ltd. Property Management. All correspondence and applications must be directed to Advance Realty Property Management for review and approval. Only applications that are complete will be considered.

- Monthly income not to exceed $2,500 for individual and $3,300 for couples
- Total assets not to exceed $100,000
- Must be independent (these are not assisted living buildings)
